The visitor/user of the services of this website durostick.gr (hereinafter referred to as the "website") understands and accepts that all pages/services are provided "as is" and the site disclaims any liability relating to the limited duration, deletion, poor performance or failure to store any user data and/or any personal page/service content.

The visitor/user has the responsibility of accessing the services of the site and the access may require the payment of fees to third parties (eg Internet service providers, time relatede Internet billing). The visitor/user is solely responsible for paying the relevant fees. Also, the visitor/user is solely responsible for his/her personal equipment with the necessary technological means that allow him access to the services of the website.

4. Counterfeiting or other alteration of user/member ID to mislead the origin of content transmitted through the services of the site.

5. Sending, transferring or using another method to install content from a person who is not entitled to release that content by law or by confidentiality agreements.

6. Interfering or disrupting services or servers or networks associated with the services of the website, or failure to comply with the conditions, procedures and rules for the use of these networks.

The website hosts on its website "BLOGS" such as the website yparxeilysi.gr. In these "BLOGS" the responsibility of the posts for the comments posted by their users and their content belongs exclusively to them, expressly excluding any responsibility on the website.

APPLICATIONS FOR MOBILE DEVICES Durostick Mobile App and Colors by Durostick

For the online applications owned (intellectual property) by Durostick, the following apply:.

Durostick Mobile App

This Durostick application requires access to the mobile device's camera during the use of the application to make it easier to send a photo of the technical problem to Durostick. The app does not have access to the photos of the device except in the downloaded storage space. There is also the possibility of an additional download to replace the previous one.

These photos are stored on each user's device and not on a server or premises associated with the application.

The photographs are only sent to the Technical Department of Durostick for the sole purpose of resolving the issue(s), and are not used for any other reason nor they are transferred to third parties. These photos are kept by Durostick for archival reasons for one year from when they were send. If the user wishes to be removed from the list, he/she can do so by contacting us at technical@durostick.gr.  


Colors by Durostick

The Colors application by Durostick requires access to the mobile device's camera during the application use to facilitate the color depiction of a space, interior or exterior, through the color palette of the Durostick COLORS fan deck. The app only has access to the photos stored in the device and the storage space for the dowloaded photos. These photos are not sent or archived either on the website or on any third party. These photos, both original and those resulting from the coloring of the space, are stored only within the mobile device of the user.

These photos are stored on each user's device and not on a server or premises associated with the application.

Additionally, for serving and facilitating the user in finding of a related store, the app uses the gps application to define the user's location, and identify stores in close proximity. This use takes place only on the user's mobile device and the user's presence is not transferred to the website or to any third party.


USERS’ RIGHTS

The user has the right to ask from the website to provide him/her with any personal information it holds and concerns him/her.

The website may withhold personal information requested by the user from the website to the extent permitted by law.

The user has the right to, at any time, ask the website not to process his/her data for commercial purposes.

In practice, either the user will explicitly and in advance accept the processing of his/her personal information for commercial purposes, or he/she will be able to exclude himself/herself from processing his/her personal information for commercial purposes.
